Experienced in the medical field, Fati Ibrahim works at AMC as a fertility counselor and nurse manager. With over a decade of experience, she holds a Master of Public Health (Health Services Planning and Management) from KNUST and a Bachelor of Science in General Nursing from Garden City University. Fati's diverse roles include being a preceptor for student nurses and previously serving as the Ward Supervisor. At AMC, Fati Ibrahim serves as both a nurse manager and a fertility counselor. She has been a preceptor for student nurses at AMC and the ward supervisor before this appointment. Fati is a Master of Public Health (Health Services Planning and Management) graduate of KNUST, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in General Nursing from Garden City University, and a current PhD resident at KNUST. With a background of more than a decade spent helping patients and their families, she is an intelligent and adaptable clinical nurse. A number of seminars and conferences devoted to “improving clinical practice” and “leadership skills” have been attended by her.

She oversees the entire nursing staff, ensures the nursing department runs safely on a daily basis, conducts performance and competency evaluations, trains, mentors, and counsels staff, and makes sure all areas, clinical and non-clinical, are meeting regulatory standards.
