With over a decade of experience, she holds a Master of Public Health (Health Services Planning and Management) from KNUST and a Bachelor of Science in General Nursing from Garden City University. Fati's diverse roles include being a preceptor for student nurses and previously serving as the Ward Supervisor. Currently pursuing a PhD at KNUST, she actively engages in professional development through seminars on "improving clinical practice" and "leadership skills."
